Program Overview
This is a 3-day conference that will address the psychological, neurological, physical, emotional, and relational impacts of stress and trauma exposure that can inevitably affect first responders during their careers. We provide science-based education, techniques, and tools that have profound impacts on stress reduction and management. Paired with proactive modalities and a holistic approach, we educate first responders in the art of professional and personal resilience.
