About the training:

This is a 4-hour training on the topic of first responder resiliency! You will learn how stress and trauma affects one’s physiology, mental and physical health when working in this industry. You will also be given science-based tools on how to proactively mitigate these effects.

 

Syllabus

This training includes the following subject matter:

  • Neuroanatomy and the physiological Impacts of Trauma
  • Relationship between Stress and The Nervous System
  • Mindfulness-based Practices
  • The Importance of Sleep
  • Emotional, Relational, and Psychological Impacts

 

Continuing Education Units: 3 CEUs will be provided by First Responders Resiliency, Inc®
