Program Overview

This is a 3-day conference that will address the psychological, neurological, physical, emotional, and relational impacts of stress and trauma exposure that can inevitably affect first responders during their careers. We provide proactive, evidence-based education, techniques, and tools that have profound impacts on stress reduction and management. Paired with proactive modalities and a holistic approach, we educate first responders in professional and personal resilience.
